Frequently asked questions

What do I get during the free trial?
During the 14-day free trial you’ll have full access to features in your chosen plan as well as the ability to embed the documents straight into your website. Whenever you make a change to the documents in your dashboard, you’ll be able to update your website with the click of a single button.
How can I change my plan?
You can change your plan at any moment you wish. In the case of upgrading to a plan, you’ll be immediately charged the difference, prorated for the remaining time in your billing cycle. In the case of a downgrade, we will automatically charge the new rate on your next billing cycle.
Can I try RockTerms before subscribing?

Yes, each plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required, just create your account and try building your legal docs. However, you won’t be able to embed your documents until you purchase a valid subscription.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) for all plans, and offer invoices for annual plan billing.
What happens after the free trial has ended?

After 14 days, at the end of your trial (or any time during your trial) you can choose to subscribe to any of our premium plans to continue using your account and embed documents. If you choose not to extend your trail account, you account will become inaccessible.

How can I cancel my account?

Simply! We don’t hold you accountable for ever, and because there are no massive up front fees, you can cancel with ease. You can cancel or switch your plan at any time in the Billing section of RockTerms. The service will be canceled when time that’s been paid for runs out.

Can I use my documents after I cancel my account?

Once your subscription is terminated, your published documents will not be available. Your website will show empty pages where your Rockterms documents were embedded. Use of documents created with Rockterms builder after your account has expired is prohibited.

How is Rockterms different from typical Privacy Policy generators?

Instead of asking a series of questions, Rockterms provides you with a set of legal documents for specific purposes (like e-commerce, SaaS, etc.). Each template is built by a professional lawyer and made as simple and transparent as possible. During setup, you will be asked to enter specific data about your business if required. After your document is created, you will have complete control over the content, layout, and icons. Feel free to add or remove sections before embedding on your site.

Say goodbye to boring legal documents on your website

And say hello to compelling visuals that make jaws drop. When the details matter, you can leave an unforgettable impression and make your life easier with embeddable and customisable terms and policies.
